I need help with my bills. My husband left me with rent and electric due by the end of this month. I do work but it's min wage and I can't afford my bills. The apt and power is in my name and he has no responsibilities regarding me and what's going on. Will not help me and I don't know where to go in town to get aid..I feel so frustrated.
